- 5 cm thermal insulation of outer walls;

Stages of construction:

- Beginning - May 2005
- Main construction works - December 2005
- Final works - April 2006
- Total completion of the complex with official permission for use - May 31, 2006.

Maintenance of property for additional payment of 9 Euro per m2

- Security guard 24hours per day, throughout the whole year.
- Cleaning of common areas: corridors, staircases and parking.
- Maintenance of the garden and corridors lightning.

- Maintenance of the swimming pool.

Purchasing a property under construction

50% (fifty percent) of the price shall be paid after signing of a Preliminary agreement for sale of property under construction.

40% (forty percent) of the price shall be paid after setting of installations, joinery and plasters.

The remainder of the price to the amount of 10% (ten percent) shall be paid with signing of the Notary deed for sale and purchase.

Purchasing a completed property

The total price should be paid with signing of the Notary deed for sale and purchase of the completed property.
