Reserve your dream apartment NOW!

Clients may reserve a specific apartment, meaning the developer will take it off the market for four weeks. The cost of Reservation is GBP 670 (approx. EURO 1000), which is deducted from the purchase price.

The reservation fee is not refundable if you decide against buying.

In order to make a reservation you should download the Reservation form from below, fill it with all needed information and mail it to: standard-properties@dir.bg or fax it to +359 52 333010. In the Reservation form you will find our bank account to which you should transfer the sum. On receipt of both your reservation form and your money we will sign a Reservation contract on your behalf with the developer to take the property off the market for 4 weeks. Within that period you should arrange your comming here in order to sign the preliminary contract and pay the first payment for the chosen apartment.
